Gia showed me countless homes as I figured out what I did and did not want. She took the time to get to know me and was then able to provide good advice based on my needs and preferences. She never made me feel I was wasting time, never pressured me, and made herself available. She always had a positive sunny disposition – something that’s important if you’re feeling anxious over the decisions.

When we met for the first time to view houses in Hamilton, I told Gia right up front that I would be using a local (Oakville) agent to sell my home. However, after I bought, and before putting my existing house up for sale, she asked if she could make a presentation for the listing. I was still not encouraging, since I thought an agent who lived near me would know this market best.

Well, what Gia offered to do for me far surpassed what any Oakville agent had promised. I ended up giving her the listing, and never once regretted it. After a flurry of decluttering, painting, cleaning and staging, the house sold two days after listing.

I think a good realtor is a “fixer” - and that’s what Gia is. She has the energy, the contacts, the inter-personal skills, and the experience to get things done. Let’s face it, buying and selling homes is stressful, but Gia does her best to take the strain off her clients. I heartily recommend her.
